Formerly a senior executive with a number of lenders over the past 25 years, Roger’s recent activities include being a key member of a team which raised venture capital to launch a new company in the mortgage sector. As well as being well known in the financial services sector, he has experience of regulatory, funding and compliance matters.

Paula has over 18 years experience in the lending market across a number of countries, but has been based in Ireland for the last 10 years. Paula heads up the Dublin office and with a background of senior management roles within both retail banks and specialist lenders, her knowledge of the Irish market is second to none.

Alberto heads up our European team from our office in Madrid. He too has international experience of working for lenders and distributors over a 17 year period. Most recently he has built and trained our teams in Spain and Portugal with a view to expanding our proposition to other parts of Europe.
